HSE

ACI is committed to the ongoing development and implementation of health, safety and environmental (HSE) protection systems. For our clients, this means they are able to work in a safe, secure and healthy environment.

ACI’s management-developed procedures ensure open lines of communication throughout the company. We routinely provide safety-in-motion training sessions, facility assessments and daily toolbox meetings. Our HSE employee training programs are second to none in the industry. ACI follows Green Star standards and is ISO 14001 compliant.

Employees and managers recognize and accept the dual right and obligation to take responsibility for our own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of those around them. All ACI job descriptions contain a health and safety component which is assessed in a yearly performance review.

The company actively fosters a “zero incident culture.” ACI requires the reporting of all incidents and the subsequent investigation of all incidents that result in injury to individuals or damage to facilities and/or equipment. The organization also requires the recording and investigation of all “near loss” incidents.
