New employees are subject to passing a criminal record background check, pre-employment drug screen, job-specific stress test, NSTC training and a policies and procedures review. Arctic Catering’s employees are known for their ability to adapt to change under the most adverse circumstances. They pride themselves on a service-oriented attitude to make the camp experience as comfortable as possible.

Arctic Catering keeps an active applicant pool up to 6 months from date of submission in an effort to meet clients needs and fill positions on an adhoc basis. Because we accept applications does not mean or guarantee that we are interviewing or hiring for a position advertized. Applicants interested in employment with Arctic Catering should resubmit an updated application every 6 months should they not be selected for an interview for any openings that may occur within the active 6 month period.
