Employment Process

All interested candidates meeting minimum qualifications must submit a signed employment application:

- Successfully pass a pre-employment physical capacities evaluation.
- Successfully pass a drug screen.
- Pass a criminal background check.

Once an application is received, it is scanned into our applicant system for access by Human Resources and Camp Managers based on the position(s) applying for, as well as applicant location. The application is considered active for 90 days. Applications are screened to determine relevant work experience, remote camp experience, and relevant training. Should there be an interest in your qualifications, you will be contacted by Human Resources or the Camp Manager for further screening or to set up an interview. Applicants whom are not considered for an interview within 90 days will become inactive and are encouraged to reapply to be considered for future openings. We apologize, but due to the large volume of applications received each week, we are unable to return all applicant inquires.
Note: For those interested in working in Alaska, travel to remote camps is paid by Arctic Catering only from the point of hire in Anchorage or Fairbanks. Anyone residing outside of these commutable areas will be responsible for their own transportation to Anchorage or Fairbanks Alaska.
The point of hire for Colorado is from Grand Junction, Colorado. If you wish to work in Colorado, transportation to remote camps will be provided from Grand Junction. Anyone residing outside of these commutable areas will be responsible for their own transportation to Grand Junction.
